That said, there are some rules you can follow to see your baby&rsquo;s hygiene is taken care of. It&#39;s generally recommended to bathe your baby 2-3 times per week during their first year of life<a href="#accordion">[1]</a>.Bathing your infant too frequently will cause dry skin. 

Besides, when changing diapers and using burp cloths, you&#39;re already cleaning the areas that require attention &mdash; the face, neck, and diaper area. So, in between bathing, you can keep an eye on your baby&#39;s skin folds, such as the thighs, groin, armpits, and chin and, if you feel necessary, you can use a moist washcloth to clean these spots.
