Although daydreams may seem like a state of rest, they can impact the brain in several ways.&nbsp;

Understanding The Science And Advantages Of Daydreaming

A lot is going on within the brain during a daydream. Daydreams are continuous streams of consciousness, following one after another. They occur in an area of the brain known as the &lsquo;default network&rsquo;. This network of the brain includes:&nbsp;
