Previously, metal braces were popularly known for their use in the alignment of teeth. Invisible braces are a more discreet alternative to traditional metal braces, as they are virtually invisible and often difficult to detect when worn. Invisible braces are custom-made for each patient using 3D imaging technology and are replaced every few weeks to gradually shift teeth into the desired position. They are typically worn for several months to a few years, depending on the severity of the orthodontic issue.
