Meri Sehat’s Corporate Wellness Program (CWP) offers a variety of workshops focused on wellness, creativity, skill-building, and personal development. These include calligraphy, self-defense, kitchen gardening, stress management, creative writing, desk yoga, and financial planning, among many others.
The workshops can be both in-person and virtual, depending on the nature of the session and corporate requirements.
Some workshops may require basic materials such as calligraphy pens, notebooks, sketchbooks, yoga mats, or musical instruments, depending on the topic. A list of required items is provided before each session.
